Movie Night with "Dune"
The movie to be screened is “Dune”.
For the next screening, the PhD Movie Academy presents the much "Dune": to be screened on 20th October 2021 at 19:30 (NOTE THE STARTING TIME) at cinema Lumière (Bassin 88).
Tickets are €5.00, including TWO free drinks. You can buy your tickets online, or reserve them by calling Lumière at 043-3214080. When calling, register under Ph.D. Academy instead of under "The Father". Please call Lumière in case of a cancellation.

Dune:
Frank Herbert's classic, prophetic science fiction novel was considered unfilmable but it has now been brought to life in an exciting way by Denis Villeneuve (director of Arrival, Blade Runner 2049). Timothée Chalamet plays Paul Atreides, the brilliant hero of DUNE. His father becomes the overseer of Arrakis, better known as Dune, a planet that contains a very precious resource. Atreides is sent to defend the planet and secure the future of his people. The film also stars Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Dave Bautista and Josh Brolin and has music by Hans Zimmer.
