The Ph.D. academy is arranging a pizza workshop at one of the best Pizza restaurants of Maastricht, Bancale!
On the 27th of September, the Ph.D. academy is arranging a pizza workshop at one of the best Pizza restaurants of Maastricht, Bancale 61 (Scharnerweg 61, 6224).
Time plan:
We start with an introduction on the origins of pizza including the chemistry of bread & flavors and some demonstrations. This will take us around one hour. And then in a group of 5-6, the pizzaiolo will show you how to make and work the pizza dough. Each participant will make his/ her own pizza and bake it and choose their preferred toppings. It will be followed by desserts and a drink. At 21:00 the event will be ended.

Covid-19 regulations:
In order to keep our event safe, we ask you to present your vaccination certificate or a negative PCR corona test result(48 h); you can also perform a self-test at the entrance of the event, if you aim to do so please inform us in advance!
Tickets:
Early bird 15 euro, exclusively for PhDs of Maastricht University (workshop, pizza, dessert, and 1 drink). Please book as soon as possible we have very limited space.
